Payment Policy

Tuition & Fees
Wild Intelligence’s enrollment fees are due upon acceptance into a program. Payment of the enrollment fee assures your child’s space for the contracted session. This fee is non-refundable beyond the adjustment period described below. Your prompt payment provides funding necessary to administer these educational offerings.

Tuition for year-long programs are charged on an academic year basis, summer camps are invoiced individually. Tuition must be paid by the due date indicated for both monthly payments and session payments or a late fee ($10 per day) will be incurred for each day beyond the due date.

Families may choose to pay for a session in full or split the tuition into monthly payments. For payment plans, a deposit is required at the time of acceptance into a program. Monthly payments will include a $5 installment fee per payment to cover the costs of accounting and administration.

If enrolling after the start date, tuition will be pro-rated to reflect the child’s starting date. There will be no refunds for illness or vacation conflicts.

Tuition Payment Schedule
For those choosing payment plans, the monthly payments will begin 30 days from the date of the deposit payment. Payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on the same day of the month. The amount and number of payments will be specific to each program and are advertised during the registration process. NO DISCOUNTS WILL BE OFFERED FOR PAYMENT PLANS other than the multiple child discount described below.

Insufficient Funds
A $30 assessment fee is charged for returned checks or insufficient funds.

Unpaid Accounts
We use a collection agency for unpaid accounts. Parents are liable for reasonable attorney fees and collection costs.

Refunds
No refunds will be given within 72 hours of a program. There will be no refunds for illness or vacation conflicts. For year-long programs, refunds can be made during the initial adjustment period.

Adjustment Period For Year-Long Children’s Programs
Children are then given a 4 week adjustment period in order to assure that Wild Intelligence is a good fit for your child, your family, and our program. If after four weeks it is determined by either party that our program is not a good match for your child, we will happily refund any payments that have been applied towards the rest of the year minus a $50 administration fee.

If a parent has any concerns after the adjustment period has ended, they should contact their child’s lead mentor and have an open discussion about their family’s experience. If needs and expectations are not met, our staff will discuss whether or not the program is a good fit for the child. The lead mentor will discuss these issues with the Executive Director of Wild Intelligence and the Program Director. If issues cannot be resolved and it is decided that a child should leave the program, the family will be refunded 1/2 of what is owed for the remainder of the year.

Multiple Child Family Discount
Families with multiple children in our programs will receive a discount of 5% off of each child’s fees. For families who pay via payment plans, the discount will be applied to the deposit only.
